Welcome to Shanthi Welfare Association
Founded in 1980 by the Late Right Rev. Pereji Solomon, Shanthi Welfare Association began as a shelter and school for orphaned children. In 1997, we expanded to specialize in the care and education of children who are deaf, blind, or living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, earning official government recognition along the way.
